Professional Licensing

Edward Iturralde is available to represent individuals statewide in proceedings before The Florida Bar, the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Department of Health, and all other licensing boards.

He will represent professionals throughout the State in criminal cases that are related to proceedings pending before the Bar or any Board.

State Criminal and Traffic

Otherwise Mr. Iturralde will represent clients in state criminal and traffic cases in the Second Judicial Circuit, which includes Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, and Wakulla counties.

Gadsden - Chattahoochee, Greensboro, Gretna, Havana, Midway, Mount Pleasant, Quincy

Liberty - Bristol

Wakulla - Crawfordville, Medart, Sopchoppy, Smith Creek, St. Marks, Wakulla Beach, Wakulla Springs

Federal Criminal

Attorney Iturralde also accepts federal criminal cases assigned to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. The jurisdiction for the Northern District includes most of the Florida Panhandle and Big Bend. There are four courthouses within the Northern District.
